Save the Waves Film Fest
We are proud to announce that the world’s only international surf and environmental film festival is coming to the Olympic Peninsula for the 2025 tour! Featuring nonfiction and documentary films on water sports, adventure, conservation and climate.
Join us at the NW Maritime Center in Port Townsend on October 3rd for a screening of stunning surf and ocean films while supporting conservation efforts to protect surf ecosystems across the globe.
Come check out some amazing films, support the Olympic Peninsula Chapter of the Surfrider Foundation and NW Maritime along with Save the Waves and enter for your chance of some excellent prize drawings including a Lib Tech surfboard, gear from Yeti, and more!
Doors open at 6pm. Tickets are $10 in advance (link in our bio) or $15 at the door. Groms and children (12 and under) are free.
This event supports our Chapter’s fundraising efforts to meet our mission of promoting beach access, clean water, and environmental justice and stewardship across the North Olympic Peninsula.
We need more volunteers to help with the ticket table, selling raffle tickets and merch, and in selling drinks during the event.
If you sign up to volunteer at our booth, you will be contacted to schedule a shift.
