International Surfring Day Celebration June 23rd

Our annual International Surfing Day celebration at Harbinger Winery is just 10 days away, June 23rd, starting at 6:00pm! Come support the Olympic Peninsula Chapter of the Surfrider Foundation, enjoy a beverage, food, live music, and as always a stocked raffle! Proceeds from this family friendly event allow us to continue regular beach cleanups, water quality monitoring, provide for sanicans at local beaches, and more! Tickets can be purchased at the door and are $20 for adults, $10 for students with ASB card, with youth 12 and under free! Food will be provided by H2O Waterfront Bistro! Live music from Joy in Mudville Trio! Raffle and silent auction items include Lib Tech water board, GNU snowboard, art by Todd D Fischer, and much more!

While completing her master's degree in Sustainable Development & Conservation Biology from the University of Maryland, Liz taught sustainability to undergraduate students while also volunteering as a docent at the Smithsonian Natural History Museum’s Ocean Hall. As Surfrider's Washington and Alaska Regional Manager, she supports the organization's five Washington chapters, three BC chapters, and Kenai Peninsula Chapter in their amazing work.
